Jamie Anderson was born and studied Architecture in Edinburgh, UK, where he developed a strong interest in the design theory of genius loci — the relationship between architecture and the spirit of place.

Between 2000 and 2003 he worked in Edinburgh on building renovations and conservation projects, gaining experience in restoration, detailing and project management. These early years shaped a lasting sensitivity to context and craftsmanship.

After relocating to Greece in 2003, Jamie became co-founder of aiolou architects. The practice focused on residential architecture inspired by culture, landscape and the specific qualities of the Mediterranean environment.

With the establishment of LOCI Architects, Jamie’s vision evolved into offering a fully customised architectural experience. The studio specialises in residential projects in Mani and the Peloponnese, designing stone houses, renovations and contemporary homes that integrate architecture, landscape and interior design.

Each project is approached as a response to its setting — combining sustainable design strategies, local materials and careful detailing to create homes rooted in place

Stephany Tzanoudaki is a Greek Interior Designer who studied in the UK and completed her Doctorate in Visual Studies at the University of Edinburgh. Her academic background informs a thoughtful and research-driven approach to interior design, where spatial experience, materiality and visual culture intersect.

Since establishing her own practice in 2008, Stephany has worked as both a designer and consultant, specialising in interior styling and contemporary trends. She collaborates closely with leading interior brands in Greece and across Europe, developing design concepts that balance contemporary expression with historical references, materials and textures.

Her international experience includes projects and research work in Greece, the UK, Switzerland, Sweden and the Netherlands. Through her work with LOCI Architects, she contributes to residential projects in Mani and the Peloponnese, shaping interiors that complement the architectural language and landscape of each home.

Stephany’s approach integrates craftsmanship, material sensitivity and an understanding of place — ensuring that interiors feel both refined and deeply connected to their setting.
